Last updated: November 1, 2026. Vykladai (app.vykladai.com) helps users prepare and publish content to their own Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube accounts via the official Meta, TikTok and Google (YouTube API Services) APIs.

Data we receive. Instagram/Facebook: your professional Instagram account ID and username, the linked Facebook Page name, and the access token Meta issues with your consent. TikTok (only if you connect it): your open_id, display name and avatar (user.info.basic), your account's posting settings (allowed privacy levels, comment/duet/stitch settings, max video duration) and the access tokens TikTok issues with your consent (video.upload, video.publish). YouTube (only if you connect it): your channel ID, title and avatar (youtube.readonly) and the access tokens Google issues with your consent to upload videos to your channel (youtube.upload). Plus the media and text you upload. We never receive your passwords.

Use. Only to design and publish content to your accounts at your request and to show you statistics. We send a post to TikTok only when you tick "Also on TikTok" for that post, with the settings you choose (draft or direct post, privacy, interactions, commercial content disclosure). TikTok data is not used for advertising or analytics. We upload a video to YouTube only when you select YouTube when publishing it. Vykladai uses YouTube API Services: by using YouTube features in Vykladai you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and your data is also processed under the Google Privacy Policy. Vykladai's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Text and images you submit for design are processed by Anthropic's Claude API, which does not use them for model training. We do not sell or share your data with third parties other than Meta, TikTok, Google and Anthropic as described.

Storage. Tokens are stored encrypted. Files temporarily exposed for Instagram/TikTok to fetch are deleted within 3 hours.

Disconnect and deletion. Click "Disconnect" on the TikTok page in the service to delete your TikTok tokens and account data immediately, or revoke access in the TikTok app (Settings → Security → App permissions). Click "Disconnect" on the YouTube page to revoke Google access and delete your YouTube tokens immediately, or revoke access at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Revoke Instagram/Facebook access in your account settings. Request full deletion at /data-deletion; we delete data within 30 days. Contact: privacy@vykladai.com
